Chef Ma Loan’s recipes originate from Vietnam’s central region, meticulously passed down from her grandmother, ensuring every dish is a celebration of tradition. Since opening her first restaurant in 2011, Viva has captured the hearts of Houstonians, earning recognition in the Houston Chronicle and Houston Press and even hosting the renowned Chef Chris Shepherd.
